This website is designed to make our services easy to read, navigate, and understand.
Using the website
- A “Skip to content” link lets keyboard users move directly to the main content.
- Interactive elements have visible keyboard focus. Use Tab and Shift + Tab to move between them, and Enter or Space to activate buttons.
- The navigation and display panels can be closed with Escape.
- The inquiry form uses visible labels, field-specific errors, browser validation when JavaScript is unavailable, and a status message for submission feedback.
- The layout adapts to smaller screens and supports browser zoom.
Display preferences
The wheelchair button in the page header opens accessibility options for larger text, higher contrast, reduced motion and highlighted links. Your choices stay in this browser. “Reset preferences” returns the controls to their default settings.
The site also respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. You can use your browser’s zoom controls to increase the size of the entire page.
Ongoing review
These features support accessible use, but they are not a guarantee that every browser, device, or assistive technology combination will behave identically. The website has not undergone an independent accessibility certification.
